Our company
On 15th October 1981, Comitalia – Compagnia Fiduciaria S.r.l. was established by notary Soudaz in Ivrea with the name of Luserna Fiduciaria S.r.l..
In 1994, with a deed drawn up by notary Stucchi, the company was given the name of Comitalia – Compagnia Fiduciaria S.p.A..
In 2022, by an extraordinary meeting signed by notary Dr. Luca Bollini, a resolution was passed to change the company name to COMITALIA - Compagnia Fiduciaria S.r.l.
Mission
Comitalia – Compagnia Fiduciaria S.r.l. guarantees its clients maximum confidentiality in carrying out activities or holding properties without "being visible" to third parties. The client will remain, to all intents and purposes, the owner of the property or asset, in compliance with the legislation regulating and controlling the activities of trust companies.
Our services
Upon being awarded a trustee mandate, Comitalia - Compagnia Fiduciaria S.r.l., offers its clients a number of services, including the registration of company shares and/or stocks or funds, the buyout or assignment of companies, of substantial or majority share and/or stock parcels, and the registration of personal properties.
